We offer two Induction Courses, if you are an experienced mortgage adviser with current Competent Adviser Status (CAS) you will be required to attend a 2-day Induction Course, if you are newly qualified or an industry returner without CAS you will be required to attend a 4-day Induction Course.
Prices quoted include initial registration and application fee:

Once you have attended your Induction Course, we will not charge you a monthly fee for the first three months.
From month 4, we will charge a monthly fee of £195.000, this fee covers your CRM software, mortgage and protection sourcing software, professional indemnity insurance and FCA fees.
You will be required to complete a Direct Debit Instruction for the collection of monthly fees.
